This page explains what information the VALTOORY website ("this site", "we") collects when you visit or use it, and how that information is handled. This site is an independent, personal storefront for beats and drum kits.
To download the free Lunexea Drum Kit Lite (or any other free kit offered here), you'll be asked for your name and email in a short form first. This form is the only place on this site where we directly collect and store your email address ourselves.
Your submission is delivered to our inbox using FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service — we don't run our own server or database. FormSubmit receives your name and email only long enough to relay them to us by email; see FormSubmit's privacy policy for how they handle that in transit. Your download itself is not conditional on this delivery succeeding — the file starts immediately after you submit the form.
We use your name and email to reply if you write in, and occasionally to let you know about the full paid version of a kit or new releases. We don't add you to any automated marketing platform or newsletter tool. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see Section 6.
If you reach out via the "My Socials" page — Telegram, Instagram, email, or Discord — any information you share is governed by that platform's own privacy policy, not this one. We only use it to reply to you.
If you purchase a beat, a paid kit, or Private Channel access, checkout is handled directly by Shopify. Shopify processes your payment and order details under its own privacy policy — this site does not store your payment information, and does not otherwise collect your email as part of a paid purchase.
This site uses Yandex Metrika to understand how many people visit, which pages are popular, and how visitors move through the site. Yandex Metrika sets a small first-party cookie in your browser to distinguish repeat visits from new ones, and may also record anonymized session data (such as mouse movement and scrolling) to help us understand how the site is used. It does not collect your name, email, or any other information that directly identifies you unless you separately give it to us (for example, through the free-kit download form described in Section 1). See Yandex's privacy policy for full details on what it collects and how. You can block this cookie at any time using your browser's cookie or tracking-protection settings, or by installing the Yandex Metrika opt-out add-on; the site will continue to work normally either way.
Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. Loading a font from Google's servers means your browser sends a request that includes your IP address to Google, the same way it would for any external resource. We don't control what Google does with that request — see Google's Privacy Policy for details.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.
We keep free-download submissions, messages, and files for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you or follow up about the full kit, and may keep records of completed purchases for basic bookkeeping. You can request deletion at any time — see Section 6.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To make a request — including removing your name and email from our inbox — contact us using the details below and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
